At RKG Media Network, we strive to provide the best possible digital marketing services. However, due to the nature of digital services (which involve time, labor, and creative effort), we generally do not offer refunds once the work has commenced.

2. Cancellation & Refunds

Refund requests will only be considered under the following circumstances:

  • If you cancel the project before our team has started working on it, a full refund (minus transaction charges) may be processed.
  • If we fail to deliver the project as per the agreed scope of work or timeline without a valid reason.
  • No refunds will be issued for completed milestones or services already rendered (e.g., published blog posts, live ads, or deployed websites).

3. Third-Party Costs

Please note that payments made to third-party platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Hosting Providers, or Domain Registrars are non-refundable by RKG Media Network. These payments are directly handled by the respective service providers.

4. Processing Time

If a refund is approved, it will be processed within 7-10 business days. The amount will be credited back to the original method of payment.
