Refund Policy

At RKG Media Network, we maintain strict financial guidelines to ensure smooth operations across our Agency and Academic branches. Please read our Refund Policy carefully before making any payments.

1. For Agency Clients (IT & Marketing Services)

  • Advance Payments: Any advance payment made for website development, app development, SEO, or digital marketing campaigns is strictly non-refundable. This covers the initial resource allocation and setup costs.
  • Cancellation: If a project is cancelled by the client mid-way, no refund will be provided for the milestones already completed.
  • Service Dissatisfaction: Digital marketing and SEO are continuous processes. We do not offer refunds based on immediate ROI expectations. However, we are committed to making necessary adjustments to improve campaign performance.

2. For Students (Internships & Training Courses)

  • Registration Fee: The initial registration fee to book a seat in any of our offline/online courses is non-refundable under any circumstances.
  • Course Fee Refund: If a student decides to drop out before the course starts, a refund request must be made at least 7 days prior to the batch commencement. A processing fee of 15% will be deducted.
  • No Refund After Commencement: Once the batch has started, no refunds will be issued, regardless of the student's attendance or personal reasons.

3. Double Payments / Transaction Failures

If your bank account was debited twice for a single transaction due to technical errors, the excess amount will be refunded to the original payment method within 5-7 business days after verification.
