By accessing or using the services provided by RKG Media Network, you agree to be bound by the following Terms & Conditions. This agreement covers both our B2B Agency Services and our B2C Academic Training Programs.
1. Agency Services (B2B)
- Project Scope: All digital marketing, web development, and design projects are bound by the mutually agreed-upon proposal. Changes outside the scope will incur extra charges.
- Intellectual Property: Upon full payment, the final deliverables (website code, graphics) belong to the client. RKG Media Network retains the right to display the work in our portfolio.
- Payments: A non-refundable advance payment (as stated in the invoice) is required to initiate any project.
2. Academic & Training Services (B2C)
- Enrollment: Submission of the registration form does not guarantee a seat. Enrollment is confirmed only upon successful fee payment.
- Conduct: Students must maintain professional decorum during live sessions and project work. Misconduct may result in immediate termination without refund.
- Certification: Certificates (including AICTE-aligned) are issued only upon successful completion of the course, final project submission, and clearing dues. We reserve the right to withhold certification for non-compliance.
3. Limitation of Liability
RKG Media Network is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website. For marketing services, while we apply best practices, we cannot guarantee specific sales figures or immediate Google rankings.
4. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and constructed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Araria, Bihar.
